A job agent will let you set up keyword and other search criteria for newly posted jobs. If you would like, the job agent will notify you by e-mail when jobs are posted.

Who should I contact regarding the status of my transfer request?
Answer
Once you apply for a job, you will receive an automatic e-mail response to confirm that we have been notified of your interest. If it is determined that you are a candidate, Human Resources will contact you by phone or e-mail to discuss your skills in detail or to schedule an interview. Applying Associates must have performed competently for at least one hundred eighty (180) days in their current position. Associates who have a written warning on file, have documented attendance problems or are on probation or suspension, within one hundred eighty (180) calendar days prior to the job posting inquiry, are not eligible to apply for posted jobs. An Associate's Supervisor may be contacted to verify performance, skills and attendance. Any staffing limitations or other circumstances that might affect a prospective transfer may also be discussed.

What happens if a job becomes available for which I am qualified but haven't applied for yet?

First of all, we encourage you to check the website frequently as new jobs are posted daily. Secondly, you can use the job agent function to be notified by e-mail when job titles are posted containing keywords and other search criteria you select.

I don't have an e-mail address. Is one required?
Answer
An email address is required to apply online. If you do not have an e-mail address, there are several providers available that offer free e-mail accounts (i.e. Yahoo, Google). Please note that NBTY, Inc. has no association with your chosen e-mail provider.

What happens if I forgot my password?

If you have forgotten your password, click on "Retrieve Password" Enter your e-mail address.
Your password will be emailed to you.
